San Pedro de Atacama

San Pedro de Atacama is a town in the north of Chile, located in the II Region of Antofagasta, Province of El Loa. The town is situated at the feet of the Andes Mountain Range at 2,450 meters over sea level.

It is known as one of the favorite destinations of the tourists that visit Chile due to its unique landscapes and singular beauty.

San Pedro de Atacama is located in one of many oasis originated due to rain falling in the desert of Atacama. In the middle of the driest desert in the world you can find flora such as the chañar, carob tree, and pepper tree.
